A typical sequence for my clients:

• Initial contact with client
• Provide brochures prior to appointment
• At appointment discuss requirements
• Written quotation
• Accept quotation, providing small deposit to secure booking
• Balance paid one week prior to function
• Deliver on day of function as agreed
